How fresh are the products?
All our baked goods are made to order and are fresh out of the oven before they are on their way to you. You'll receive them at their absolute best.

What makes your products special?
We use only the finest and freshest ingredients to guarantee consistent quality and taste every time.

What about allergens?
Our kitchen handles nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and other common allergens. Even if a specific product doesn't contain an allergen, there may be traces present due to shared equipment and workspace.

How far in advance do I need to order?
Orders must be placed at least 2 days before your desired delivery date. This allows us to source the freshest ingredients and prepare your order perfectly.

Where do you deliver?
You can check if we deliver to you here. We provide free delivery for upto 10km around Wyndham Vale and currently have minimum order requirements and delivery fee for upto 60km.

Can I get same-day delivery?
We don't offer immediate or same-day delivery. Our 2-day advance ordering ensures we have time to source fresh ingredients and bake everything to perfection for on-time delivery.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we'll provide a full refund.

Do you cater events?
Yes! We provide catering services for weddings, office events, and birthday parties. Contact us to discuss your needs.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our Order page on our website or just click the button below. If you need to discuss a special order/catering request with us, you can fill out our contact form and we will get back to you within 12 hours.
