How fresh are the products?
All our baked goods are made to order and are fresh out of the oven before they are on their way to you. You'll receive them at their absolute best.

What makes your products special?
We use only the finest and freshest ingredients to guarantee consistent quality and taste every time.

What about allergens?
Our kitchen handles nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and other common allergens. Even if a specific product doesn't contain an allergen, there may be traces present due to shared equipment and workspace.

How far in advance do I need to order?
Orders must be placed at least 2 days before your desired delivery date. This allows us to source the freshest ingredients and prepare your order perfectly.

Can I get same-day delivery?
We don't offer immediate or same-day delivery. Our 2-day advance ordering ensures we have time to source fresh ingredients and bake everything to perfection for on-time delivery.

Why are the prices currently low?
We're currently offering promotional pricing to celebrate the launch of our business. Enjoy great value while it lasts!

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we'll provide a full refund.

Do you cater events?
Yes! We provide catering services for weddings, office events, and birthday parties. Contact us to discuss your needs.

What's your delivery area?
Currently, we provide a few options for delivery. 

-Free delivery within 35km of Werribee 

-We charge a flat fee of $15 beyond 35km up to 80km, with a minimum order quantity of $25.

-For 80km to 150km, we charge $50 delivery fee with a $25 minimum order quantity.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our Order page on our website or just click the button below. If you need to discuss a special order/catering request with us, you can fill out our contact form and we will get back to you within 12 hours.
